A big thank you to everyone that participated in the 22nd Annual Historic Record Auction. If you were a winning bidder you will be hearing from us soon.

Historic Record Auction Details

The auction is conducted twice annually, once in mid-February and once in late July or early August.

If you would like to BID on an item or items in the auction.
Send a list of items you wish to bid on, including:

  1. the item number
  2. the year
  3. the title
  4. the volume number
  5. the album number (if one is listed)
Each item in the advertisement is coded with a letter or letters at the end of the listing. This tells us who owns the album(s), cassette(s), compact disk(s) or video cassette(s). If there are multiple letters, there are multiple copies available. Some listings have a letter followed by a number. The number indicates the owner has more than one copy of the item.

Here is a sample listing from the last auction: 136. 1971 WORLD OPEN, V3 -- Fleetwood #2291 -- Anaheim Kingsmen, Santa Clara Vanguard, Casper Troopers, DeLaSalle Oaklands (B,J/2)

This listing tells us that there are three copies available of the Fleetwood #2291 1971 World Open album, Volume 3 and the second owner ("J") has two copies.

Indicate the amount you are offering to bid beside each item on your list and submit the list to our office via mail, fax or e-mail by the deadline indicated in the advertisement. If there is a tie, you will be notified and asked to re-bid immediately.

A detailed list of the items you were high bidder on at the conclusion of the auction will be mailed to you shortly after the auction concludes and payment is due promptly by the date indicated in the advertisement.

We will accept personal checks or money orders (payable in U.S. funds only).

All customers in the United States will receive items via United Parcel Service at no additional charge. We must receive a complete STREET address in order for your items to be shipped. Canadian and foreign bidders will receive items via air mail and will be notified of the shipping charges by letter at the time notification of high bids is sent.
